• Payment Information: When you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
• Email Address: If provided during checkout for subscription management and receipts.

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time of access.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen size.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the consumer advocacy Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your conversation content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AWS for AI processing).

4. Data Retention

Conversation data is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after your session ends. Your conversation history is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data.

Payment and subscription records are retained as required by law and for legitimate business purposes.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We do not store sensitive payment information on our systems.
