1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetYourDue ("Service"), operated by PureTensor Inc ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Important Disclaimer — Not Legal Advice

GetYourDue is a consumer education and self-advocacy tool. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this Service.

The information provided is for general consumer education purposes only. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice for your specific situation. For complex matters, disputes involving significant amounts, or situations requiring court representation, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.

3. Description of Service

GetYourDue provides consumer advocacy guidance, including information about consumer protection laws, regulatory complaint procedures, dispute strategies, and draft communications. The Service includes a free initial consultation and paid subscription access for ongoing use.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Free Consultation: Your first consultation is free and does not require payment information.
• Paid Subscriptions: After your free consultation, continued access requires a paid subscription at the rates displayed at time of purchase.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying technology
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent claims or complaints
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs
• Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or violates others' rights

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and technology, is owned by PureTensor Inc. Advice and draft communications generated for you may be used freely for your personal consumer advocacy purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureTensor Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following the guidance provided by the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PureTensor Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
